Cairo & Giza:

You can review your order upon delivery with the courier.

– Exchange or return requests must be made immediately during delivery

– Once the courier leaves, exchange or return will no longer be accepted

Other Governorates:

– Inspection is allowed upon delivery (no fitting)

– Order splitting is not allowed

– Exchange or return is available only if you inform us on the same day of delivery

General Conditions:

– Items must be in their original condition and unused
